My laptop was not loading last week. I looked into buying a new one. The clerk suggested I try repairing ! I left my laptop @ Acadian, 2pm mar 12th...next morning around 11am my laptop was up and running!! Cost was reasonable with no parts required! This small local business was perfect! Location for me was close. They fixed my laptop extremely quickly! I am so impressed and definitely a happy customer. I have told my friends the excellent service from Acadian Computers. One last comment, I did call another company that day but had to leave a message. They just returned my call yesterday...hmm too late as I was seeking help week!! I'd give 10+ stars if I could for this awesome local company!!!
Update!! Two weeks later the issue
re-surfaced. Took it back & they replaced my hard drive. Was only couple of days until it was fixed. This may be my solution..🤞🤞 so far it's working perfectly. Thank you Acadian Computer!!!

Due to a power loss and rapid surge spike, the bios on my desktop was corrupted. The staff here repaired the problem and everything was up and running within a few hours. No reinstalling of software was required on my part. The cost was shockingly low!!! The staff here is very pleasant and professional and they inform you of the required work, nothing comes as a surprise. I have no hesitation to recommend them, and I will certainly seek their help when needed in the future.

I have to mention a prior experience at another computer shop. The problem was the same, due to a power outage and surge, except the results were quite different. Without contacting me, they wiped my hard drive (which I don’t think was necessary), reinstalled Windows and my data…and charged me 5 times what Acadian did. And then I had to reinstall quite a bit of software tools. Plus, they were VERY aggressive and unprofessional in how they spoke with me, without any provocation on my part. I will never go back there.

Acadian suggested a UPS to avoid problems with power outages and surges in the future. I feel like I was treated very honestly and professionally. Just a wonderful experience!!!

I contacted the company for help with my computers battery and Brian responded. He was friendly and knowledgeable and the service was quick. I would recommend this business to friends and have referred a family member. All in all a great experience!

I have used Acadian for a few years and find that their service is quick, courteous & reasonable in price. As a very old senior it is sometimes difficult to understand computers but the guys that always come to fix my computer are always very patient with helping me learn. I highly recommend Acadian Computer Service.
