Me and my friend booked road test today and my examiner michael was very rude. In the beginning she made me feel so nervous as she sounded so arrogant while checking the car. During the road test her instructions was not so clear so i was having a really hard time with her.She made me feel so nervous that i was almost about to cry. At the end i failed my test. Same lady took exam of my friend as well and her experience was also similar. She was having some issues at parking but the examiner said “It was brutal “We are beginners and were there to test the skills but using these words doesn’t seem professional at all. She could be bit polite while letting her know her mistakes but she was using the language that is totally unacceptable as an examiner.

I’m a 17 year old who took my road test. The examiner told me i “needed to pull my big girl pants up” after finishing my road test. He seemed to offer no real advice and was extremely callous. I was very upset/hurt afterwards, even though i passed my test.
The comments about needing to “pull my big girl pants up” felt quite misogynistic, unprofessional & uncalled for.
Aside from my experience with this examiner, the other service staff were very kind and helpful.
I hope someone speaks to this examiner.

I went there to renew my driver learner license. It didn't get renew. It has expiry of 2 years. It was expiring next last month date.They said you have to give a learner license written test again like how can they renew my sister's learner license and mine not. It's gonna be my 3rd attempt to get learner license again. It's hard to give test again and if I failed then my money waste 3rd time and also the hard work to learn whole book of driver license. My sister Kiran went there and they did renew her learner license. Her license was expiring before 2 month. Her learner license has also expiry of 2 years. Very bad customer experience here like you renew other person's learner license and not mine.
