Had a great experience so far, this was my first time ever renting a storage unit and thankfully for me I needed it at a time where they had the *4 weeks free* promotion. Only paid around $30 total up front and about the same amount for a lock from their location. Kelly was above and beyond amazing with helping me through the process of getting set up with them, I was in a bit of an emergency situation and she helped me to get fully registered and verified over the phone. Would definitely recommend them

This was my first experience renting a storage unit and couldn’t be happier that I chose access storage. The staff I dealt with, Kelly & Sandra were really helpful and made the process super easy! They found the option that best suited my needs and actually saved me quite a bit of money compared to their competitors offers. The staff were also super fun and if I was staying in the area I would apply to work here! Thank you again for everything!

I never knew this type of storage was available. The entire experience was outstanding customer service with Sandra, from the moment I entered the office until I had full access to my “ PUPS” storage locker. She explained absolutely everything in a courteous and professional manner. I would highly recommend this company because, location, access and availability. Thank you, Sandra and Access Storage Woodstock.
