Scumbag company. Would give 0 stars if possible. Charged $54 for a journey that the meter said should have been $17, it was pre-paid so we couldn’t do anything about it. Unfortunate enough to have to use them again later in the evening. Took advantage of 3 girls who were travelling solo and the driver demanded a tax and tip on top of the fee. They felt threatened to pay so did. Ended up paying $80 for a 10 min journey. He drove a silver saloon, would avoid if at all possible.

Would put 0 stars if I could The Female dispatcher is very, very rude Doesn’t even send the cabs to the right address is half of the time and the other half the time you’re waiting for 45 minutes For the cab. And if you try to report the female dispatcher to the manager of the company, she just gets away with it by saying that you were the one who was rude to her.

Be very careful getting a taxi with this company. They refused to run the meter and were very evasive about how much the ride was going to cost. He said tax is extra and when asked how much tax was the driver said “How much do you want to pay?”. Car was very dirty and we were charged $80 for a ten minute drive. Hopefully Uber can put this company out of business.

The lady that runs the phones is extremely rude and unprofessional, if i could rate this company less than 1 star i would.
The only saving grace for this company was the taxi driver, she was incredibly nice and was very efficient with her driving.

I paid them for the immediate drop and pickup and the taxi left without pickup and when I called them they were rude and dint even talked about returning the extra money what I paid for pickup. I dont prefer it for anyone but if someone want so urgently then don't pay them advance money. Pay after service. Or else they will run away with your money. Very poor professionalism.

Ended up waiting for 30 mins for a taxi in -15C weather. Called after 15 mins to ask how long the taxi would be. The lady RUDELY answers the phone saying "I tried to explain before that he has an elderly man in the cab who he's taking to shoppers drug mart then the old man back home then to you, another 5 minutes." Then she hangs up. She at no point when I first called to request a cab mention ANYTHING about an elderly gentleman ahead of me. Needless to say I'm not impressed. My first choice for taxi had busy phone lines so I had to use Access (which is my only if I HAVE TO cab company because they've done this to me before). My first choice having busy phone lines should be an indicator of how busy they can be. I HATE ACCESS TAXI!
