Had a cut by Keily the other day. Asked for a simple straight cut with no layers. The right side was so much shorter than the left, which I kept pointing out. However, she just kept cutting the right side. Told her it was fine (mainly because if she kept cutting it would have to be cut way shorter than I want when I finally get it fixed), left, tried to love it and the more I look at it-the worse it gets. It was pointed out by a coworker, so obviously very noticeable. Reached out to the salon on IG and have yet to receive a response. Probably won’t go back.

I went to Accucuts for the first time and I asked if they have a silver conditioner but they don't have any. The girl suggested to use the purple mask instead coz it is better than the silver conditioner. She was right and I didn't regret for listening to her.!

I wish I never step foot into Accucuts. I should have ran. First off my haircut was bad enough very uneven and very choppy NOT what I asked for. Then my husband and bonus son went to get their mullets freshened up and my god I cried when I seen what the “hair dresser” had done to their hair. They both looked like their hair was cut using a rusty can lid. Not even scissors. My sons hair was so very uneven and not blended at all his mullet looked like Stevie Wonder gave it a go, again with a rusty soup can lid. My husbands looked just as bad and all this was done by a young stylist who claimed and bragged to my husband about being the “Mullet god” who cuts every single one of her friends with mullets hair. Mhm ok Stevie Wonder with rusty soup can lids for scissors. This is the nicest review I could leave because my blood is still boiling, and it took my husband and my bonus sons mama to chill me out and not go in there and ask her if she thinks that what she had done was acceptable and demand a full refund, which my husband is so laid back he wouldn’t have come back with me anyways. Think twice before going in to get a hair cut from there, save yourself the tears and stress you’d have a better haircut from a toddler who has safety scissors. Steer clear from the bonnyville location.
