Kiri at Accurate Technologies is amazing! He has brought my iMac and my iPhone back to life whenever it was needed. I have never needed to wait any more than one day to bring my computer in and repairs have always been done quickly and perfectly. I have already recommended Kiri to others in my family. I’ve had such great experiences with Accurate Technologies at their Willowdale location! The first time I visited, they totally saved me from having to buy a new computer by diagnosing and replacing my MacBook Pro's battery—huge relief.

More recently, I went back because my programs were running super slow, and it turned out some software I’d downloaded was hogging all the processing power. They not only fixed it but also walked me through how to disable unnecessary background stuff and gave me great tips to keep my MacBook running smoothly. Oh, and they reminded me to back up my data—something I’d completely forgotten about!

I know exactly where I’m going if I have any more MacBook problems. Highly recommend these folks if you need fast, friendly, and professional tech support!
