I canceled my free trail, but they still charged me 400$, and I even tho they charged, I didn't even the subscription working. I called multiple times to dispute this, but every time, I got stuck on the phone with someone on a phone call center in india who claimed that I was not charged at all! What a horrible service sent them screenshot of the charge, but they still claimed that I'm lying! I would never recommend it to anyone! Bunch of scammers and thieves!

Terrible customer service. I made the mistake of signing up for a free trial of Adobe. I cancelled my subscription before the end of the trial period, but was charged for a program I did not sign up for. I cancelled online, received a confirmation but was charged for the subsequent month. Spent 45 minutes on the phone arguing with Customer Service to refund my mastercard the charges. NEVER AGAIN!

Used to be fine. Now they changed things and features that were once standard are now locked behind a subscription. Adobe just finds new ways to squeeze more money out of users.

Thankfully, there are alternatives that don’t nickel-and-dime you. LibreOffice Draw lets you edit PDFs for free, GIMP is a great Photoshop alternative, and DaVinci Resolve beats Adobe Premiere Pro without the subscription trap.

Very poor service based on tricks. You don’t make it clear that the monthly payment is a yearly agreement and should pay 125$ if I will cancel. I don’t even want this subscription I just forgot to cancel my free trial. If you want to charge write it in the beginning instead of hiding it somewhere in terms and conditions….

They are acting like scam! They charged me a penalty of $129 for cancelling a MONTHLY plan! Just avoid Adobe!

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service! Adobe messed up on their end and charged my account a different rate than was invoiced. I have been waiting for MONTHS to have a corrected invoice issued so that I can accurately reconcile my accounts. Multiple phone calls. Multiple escalations. And multiple broken assurances. For a company that can create such complex editing software, it's mind boggling they are unable to sort out basic invoicing. If you have a problem, you'll probably find better help on Reddit than speaking to one of their reps. Fingers crossed you never have to deal with them.

This company is based on lies and overall deceit. I signed up for a free trial which said could be canceled anytime. I canceled the plan, they withdrew the payment anyways. Next month, again and so on. I have attempted to log in and cancel the plan multiple times and it will not allow you to advance to the cancellation screen without updating payment information allowing them to take yet another payment. They have literally designed their software to steal your money regardless of your intentions. Never in my life have I seen a business run a more criminal practice than Adobe. Do not give your personal or financial info to this group of THIEVES based on a pyramid of deception. Shame on you Adobe!!!
