Very happy with the window glass pane replacement Vitaliy and his son did yesterday for windows on the 1st and 2nd floor.

When Vitaliy came to give us a quote & take measurements, he did not try to upsell us entire window glass pane & indoor frame replacements, nor did he quote us for replacing the two right windows of the 2 upstairs bedrooms (which were not foggy nor did they need replacement).

He quoted us a very competitive price for the replacement of 11 glass window panes for vinyl windows (all on the 1st & 2nd floor except the right windows of the two bedrooms upstairs). He took the time to explain the differences between regular & energy-star rated glass window panes & why our old window glass panes were foggy. It only took about 2 weeks for the new glass window panes to arrive before he picked them up & called us to schedule a date & time for pick up.

They arrived 30-60 minutes before they had informed us a few days ago to confirm the date & time for the replacement.

Yesterday, even though it took him & his son 7h to do the replacement when it was only supposed to be a 3h job, they even took the time to clean up the mess, dust & outside of the windows once removed. They wrapped up all the old glass window panes in packaging & left them in the garage, as per our request.

He went over and above, as most other if not all companies or contractors would have charged double for the job as it ended up being more time consuming and difficult because the manufacturer of the windows of our house glued the window glass panes to the frame. We really appreciate the time you took to install our new glass panes property and are very satisfied with the new ones, which are much clearer and will help us block out heat in the future with our energy-star rated window panes.

He also took the time to answer all our questions during and after the replacement. He even pointed out and explained how to fix other window/patio door related deficiencies (minor issues) that we could repair ourselves for much cheaper.

I was very happy with how fast I got my measurements and I got my front door right on time! I was impressed by the amount of different instruments that the installers had.

The quality of the work was so incredible my door looks like it came from a Royal house. My front door looks exactly how I wanted, with everything to the smallest detail. The installers didn't waste their time and they tried to do everything the fastest they possibly could but they did not skip any small details.

The owner came to check how well did they do and before the installers left he asked me if there was anything that would be missing. But I was just smiling and saying that everything was Perfect and Clean after the installation.

I recommend everyone to work with Advantage Enterprises Windows and Doors.

Hired these guys to replace 2 aging slider windows with asymmetric single-hung windows (see picture). The whole job took about 2 and a half hours. They were extremely organized and efficient, worked quickly and carefully, cleaned up after themselves well. The new windows are amazing, I'm really happy with the result. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking to replace windows in Ottawa!

I initially bought a replacement basement window and 2 new windows to brighten up my livingroom and hall. By brighten up, I mean cutting the wall and siding and inserting windows where there were no windows before. I was so pleased with their professionalism and ability and the quality of the windows that I ordered 2 more windows to brighten up my kitchen as part of a larger kitchen renovation (again inserting windows into a wall/siding). The new windows work perfectly and no drafts in the winter. All I did was specify exactly where I wanted the windows. I have received many compliments on my new windows. In fact, I am even more thankful to Advantage Enterprises for the work they did because the rest of the kitchen renovation (done by another contractor) didn't go well so having the beautiful new windows offset some of the stress and bad issues caused by the derelict kitchen contractor. So at least I have nice new windows! Thankyou Advantage Enterprises! It is good to deal with an honest contractor like you!

Vitaliy's team installed my windows last year and I called him back to replace my door since he and his team was so great. He and his team were great to work with and did a great job making sure everything was installed correctly. Definitely will be coming back again in the future.

Advantage installed our patio door 4 years ago, they were very professional and did a very good job we are very happy with our door. We had a problem with our lock after 4 years and they came and repaired it without hesitation.
