Very friendly and professional. They were able to accommodate me with a second unit on short notice, and Andrew was always prompt when responding to any questions or concerns. Pricing was very fair as well. Would definitely recommend!

I was moving from the US to Toronto and was driving my items over during the pandemic. Andrew was incredibly quick to respond, was very flexible, and made himself available to assist me even though I couldn't provide an exact arrival time given I was going through the border and didn't know how long the process would take. The price point is great, and the storage facility is clean and well maintained. I had a phenomenal experience working with Andrew and highly recommend him and his storage services to anyone looking to store their belongings. Great customer service and was an absolute pleasure doing business with him.

I used affordable port colborne storage for 6 months, it was easy, quick and great communication. They asked me what I needed and gave me a unit that was affordable, safe and secure. To rent the unit was very simple with everything done over the phone, and when I no longer needed the unit, I just sent an email to Andrew and again we communicated online to get everything closed! The payments came out automatically which was one less thing for me to have to remember monthly, no scam additional fees like some other places! I had a pleasant experience with this storage facility! Highly recommend not only for the affordable prices but for the efficient booking/closing process too! Thanks again Andrew 🙂
