I was very impressed with Alary technologies. I brought my iPhone in to have the back replaced. I am a PSW and need my phone. They were very respectful of my situation and allowed me to keep my phone while the part came in. It arrived in a day and they had everything completed the same day. Laila was exceptional. She was so knowledgeable, kind and understanding. I would highly recommend them . I am very grateful for their knowledge and expertise.

I went to Alary Tech on my father’s recommendation to fix my 2017 MacBook Pro, which was experiencing a failing SSD issue. They charged me $100, telling me it was a software problem, but the SSD error persisted after the “fix.” I had to drive to Oshawa multiple times in hopes they could resolve the issue, but each visit resulted in more frustration due to poor communication between staff members. Eventually, after several trips, I was told my computer was “vintage” and that they could no longer help. They also refused to refund me.
Before buying a new laptop, I decided to visit Apple, hoping for better assistance. I sat down with an Apple employee for about 15 minutes, and he quickly diagnosed the issue. He recommended I purchase an OWC SSD, which I did, following his advice. Now, my laptop is working perfectly. Apple didn’t charge me anything for the diagnosis and provided a real solution, while Alary Tech took $100 from me without offering any real fix.
I am extremely disappointed with Alary Tech. The $100 I paid could have gone toward the SSD I needed, and I ended up getting better service for free at Apple.

I visited Alary Technologies in Oshawa, an authorized Apple service center, and found their service to be impressively fast. However, I would like to offer a word of caution for those with older Mac models. Like Apple, Alary Technologies primarily focuses on replacing parts rather than repairing them. This means that fixing an older Mac can turn out to be quite expensive. Despite this, for more recent Apple products, this place is highly reliable. If you have a newer Mac and need quick service, Alary Technologies is a great choice. Just keep in mind that for older models, the cost can add up due to their approach of part replacement over repair.

I visited Alary Technologies for a MacBook issue this week. The service when I arrived was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. The staff member I spoke to was accommodating as I could only give up my laptop for the day. He was able to do my basic diagnostic (more in depth would have required longer time which i did not have) and inform me of what to do next. Since it required no follow up with them They did my diagnostic free of charge. I got my computer back very clean. The service here was great, and very accommodating, would highly recommend.

Another very satisfied customer! I have taken my Apple products to Alary Technologies for a number of years and I’m always super pleased with their service.
