3 times they had scheduling issues to get my laptop fixed, I was told they would have it done that day and all 3 times I went to pick it up the next morning and it was not ready as the repair tech was not in. No phone calls, nothing. I wasted 2 days.

I was very clear that I only had half a day or so to get the work done and I was told those specific days I had been booked in was when the work by the solder tech was going to be done.

To be fair the employees at this store are really really good to deal with.

This just really set me off.

Top notch staff with a lot of knowledge. I've purchased laptops and custom built computers from AB Computers and I've always had a great experience. I've brought equipment in for repair and they've always done a great job. I Highly recommend.

I brought my PlayStation 5 in to be fixed and they said they would have it fixed that day and they would call me when they were done. They didn’t. I had to call in the next day and ask about it then they said they wouldn’t be able to get it done till the day after. I don’t recommend this place, staff is fairly nice though

We brought in my computer because the motherboard quit, it took them over 35days to fix that issue and then when they were finally done it didn’t even work, we took it back because my wifi didn’t even work to connect to it anymore, once they fixed that it still refused to work and then finally it is now fixed after 35+days

Hi highly recommend Alberta Computers. They are very flexible and reliable with fixing most electronics. Cost is very reasonable too. I was pleasantly surprised by the cost. If you are in Grande Prairie and surrounding areas look no further than Alberta Computers.

Improperly diagnosed my gaming console and took over a week to get one part in to fix. Not a reliable option for a quick fix. I brought in the console last thursday/friday, brought it home, plugged it in, and the same problem was still there, brought it in the following saturday, they didnt have time, brought it back in AGAIN on tuesday, was supposed to be completed by the end of the day, it was not, was told they needed to wait for parts but would be done by today, it was not. Their new excuse is the shipment was delayed, until sunday, which doesnt make any sense because they’re closed on sundays. Not impressed with the quality of service given. Poor time management, poor service, excellent front desk staff, I will give them the benefit of the doubt.

My PC crashed, so I took it into AB computers to be repaired. They managed to temporarily fix the issue but my PC crashed again about a week later. I brought it back in and they finally solved the issue for no additional charge. Turnaround time could be better, but in fairness I can understand the workload their technicians may have to deal with.
