I just had my first corporate tax filing completed by the team at Align Accounting. Being as it was my first time, I was unsure of a lot of things. The team took their time explaining everything to me, answering my questions (sometimes silly questions) and were very responsive. I think they went above and beyond what was required and fully intend on going to them for all my future business needs. Highly recommend.

Grossly incompetent. I discovered dozens of errors in the cheque log and ledgers. A discrepancy of 6 figures between the bank balance and the financial reports. When I brought them to the owners attention, her response was "So what do you want to do about it?". No surprise that the errors were made. No apology. No offer to correct the mistakes. I have had to contract another accounting firm to re-enter all transactions for the past 10 months from source documents. I am willing to share proof.
