I love Alkeme bread and have been eating it daily for years! As someone who cannot eat gluten and loves sourdough it’s amazing to find a company that prioritizes quality whole ingredients and makes delicious bread that my whole family loves! My need for gluten is no longer as my cravings are finally met! I love that they continue to innovate and come out with new products! One day I’m hoping for a croissant 🥐 🙂

I’m thrilled with Alkeme bread! I first learned of them a few years ago at the Vancouver Gluten Free Expo. It’s delicious AND also packed with actual flavor—a rare find in gluten free options. They are nutritious and fully celiac-friendly. My personal favorites are the sourdough and ancient grains varieties; they’re hearty, satisfying, and perfect for any meal or snack. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a gluten free bread that doesn’t compromise on taste or quality. Lastly kudos to their sustainability promises.

I feel very fortunate to have Alkeme Bakery in my town. I know all the ingredients that go into their product are healthy and grain free as well as the all important gluten free. They make the only bread that my body can tolerate as it’s grain free and commercial-yeast-free. Their fresh gluten free sourdough bread can be shipped too. For gluten free bread, the taste is most similar to regular sourdough bread. Your stomach will look flatter and less bloated eating this bread daily!

Alkeme bread was the only gluten free bread that I could find that didnt also contain potato, corn, soy, or rice. Luckily it also tastes delicious. I'm so grateful to have found a bread that prioritizes healthy, simple ingredients that meshes well with my lifestyle!
