I randomly chose this place because it was near a vitamin Shoppe that I used to go to. I had an issue with my phone and I was very impressed. First of all everything was explained properly and clearly and any questions I had were answered. I was very impressed.

The owner is of good moral standing in terms of helping a customer in the years that I have spent in customer service. The prices are reasonable for the service that is offered and the efforts that are made.

I would have no problem in recommending this business in terms of service, as well as value for money.

Took laptop to Alex for a non functional screen. He kept the laptop for 3 weeks and I texted every day asking when it would be done with vague or nonsensical answers. Finally came in to physically pick it up and it wasn't there. When I finally got it back Alex said there was a backlight and screen issue. He could not provide a reason as to why both broke suspiciously at the same time. After taking it to another repair shop they said that he had cracked the backlight chip and that the original issue was the screen. Alex also claimed he could not order a screen. After calling 2 other shops both confirmed that screens for my laptop are commonly available from multiple suppliers. I believe the reason he would not order the screen is to not expose the backlight chip he broke. Currently collecting affidavits from other repair shops to reclaim at least some of the 1800$ repair for his botched work

Alex is a very experienced Apple Service Technician who really knows his stuff! He has fixed my iphone6, my ipad air, my friends iphone screen, my battery, even my FLIR Infrared Camera. He could probably fix any phone or tablet, or anything in micro-electronics so just ask him and he will give you the facts. He’s the best tech I ever met.

Alex fix almost anything electronics and also tells you when it's not feasible to fix - he doesn't waste your money on hours but only honest work.

My experience was exceptional. From the moment I made a call to repair a damaged phone to receiving it back within 24 hours, Alex took the time to diagnose / explain the issues, what work needed to be done to repair it….while keeping me informed of his progress with a pleasant demeanour. Last week I nearly lost my phone to water damage, luckily I remembered the folks down at AltaLab who previously fixed my cracked screen a couple years ago.
