I took my infected laptop to Altis and they took it in immediately. Shortly thereafter they identified the malware and took steps to remove it. After repeated removals and recurrences they offered to wipe my computer and re-install a clean Windows. They included all my data in the repair. I now have a laptop as good as new. Jeremiah was the tech who solved my problem and kept me informed of progress. The fee of less than $100 was a deal.
The entire experience was outstanding and I will do business with them again when I need them.

Brought my PC in there and had the guys install two SSD hard drive's in RAID 0, and it went smoothly. The repair came in under my budget, which I greatly appreciated. Also, I'm a new enthusiast with computers, and while it wasn't necessary, they took the time to talk with me about my computer which means the world to me. I've taken my computer's in elsewhere, and they either brush you off, or know nothing themselves.

The work quality, attention to detail and exceptional customer service has definitely earned my repeat business!

Win 7 wouldn't open, and my G drive (photo storage) would go missing on occasion. Took my PC to my previous repair shop - machine was there for 2 days, and when I picked it up, I was assured Windows was operational, but G drive was unrecoverable, as were all it's contents. Went straight to Tech Yes for a 2nd opinion - Windows WASN'T working (it was after Garret had a look at it) and after about 4 hours, he also found and recovered G drive and all it's contents.
I have now found a new repair shop that I plan to stay with. These boys were informative - didn't talk over my head, and took the time to explain what they were doing, and how the thing worked. Very satisfied with this shop - customer satisfaction is paramount with them - I'll be going back.
