I took my phone to the Apple Store because I was having problems with my charging port (constant moisture error preventing corded charging). They told me my port was corroded and it was not repairable. They instructed me to buy a new phone, or pay for a phone swap. Very expensive. I took my phone to a different repair shop for a second opinion, the examined the phone, cleaned out some debris, and cleaned my connections. Phone worked perfectly after, and the cleaning was free. No new phone required. I would not trust the Apple Store and do NOT recommend them!

While I dislike writing negative reviews, this place truly deserves one. The store's service was so poor that it doesn't even deserve a single star. I went there to buy an iPhone, knowing exactly which phone I wanted, so there was no need for browsing. However, the lineup was disorganized, with no one monitoring it, leading to customers being served based on proximity to sales representatives rather than waiting times.

After waiting for 15 minutes, I approached a sales rep and expressed my desire to buy a phone. Unfortunately, he told me everyone was busy and I had to wait for 10-15 minutes, despite seeing other available sales reps.

Eventually, after waiting for another 25 minutes, a sales rep finally assisted me.

In summary, this place urgently needs to develop and implement a better system to serve its customers properly.

I had the AirPods Pro, and while they worked well at first, they only lasted about two years. Thankfully, I had AppleCare, so I got them replaced—but the replacements also stopped working after about two years. When I went back to Apple, they kept insisting my AirPods were four years old, which was completely wrong—they were only two years old. Instead of fixing the issue, they tried to sell me used AirPods. Honestly, it was frustrating and felt like a joke. Experiences like this make me dread going to the Apple Store.

Apple products are normally pretty reliable. I made an online appointment to have my battery replaced on my iPhone XR. I checked in 40mins early and Ben tried to move my appointment earlier to which he managed. I waited for about 5 mins. and Blair checked in on me. She conducted her procedural Apple service agreement and informed me that I have a good phone still and advised me that it’s worth it to have the battery replaced as I requested.
It was done on time less than an hour and I was on my way. With the amount of technicians they have this day on a Monday, I was lucky enough to have a great service. I would guess that it’s a hit and miss from the negative reviews I read and from their low ratings.
Hopefully Apple Corporate will take note of this and make improvements. I am also hoping that I do not run into any poor customer
support/service in the near future as I’m a fan of Apple and not Blueberry.

Bad service. The stuff looks unwilling to provide service even I come here to buy something. The worst Apple Store that I’ve ever been to. Apple Stores are usually known for being friendly and welcoming, but this one was even worse than the other regular shops.

I came to the Apple Store at Conestoga Mall to return an online order. Instead of processing a refund, the associate accidentally charged me for a second device. This error forced me to make an additional trip back to the store to fix their mistake and get the double charge reversed.

This is an unacceptable level of service. The process was frustrating, wasted my time, and no one offered any form of apology, goodwill credit, or compensation for the significant inconvenience caused. I expect much better from Apple.

Update: I have second worst experience with them. They messed up my laptop. My left speaker was working but after service they messed up. Dont trust those guys. Omg how come this place can be exist, they should close down this location!!!

THE WORST LOCATION OF THE DECADES. CONGRALATIONS

They send me back to home with a defective and unsafe to use battery. This was the decision of the girl introduced herself as head of technical service. She even doesn’t listen, lack of customer resolution skills and knowledge of apple hardware. So if this person is head, you can imagine of this branch quality. I know in Toronto downtown is very professional. Conestoga mall branch needs to be audit for their service quality and qualifications of employees. It is illegal to send home with a factory defective battery. Its apple’s faulty battery but unfortunately decisions maker girl in this branch even cant understand and listen properly! Shame on you Apple just because you made this girl head! Lowering the quality and customer experience.
