Guys here don’t have the required technical knowledge. They wasted my time and were not able to do a phone to phone transfer. So I had to return iPhone 16. Wasted my 4-5hrs of time here. Before meeting a specialist, make sure to put your technical queries first and see if the person is knowledgeable or not. I went to Sherway Gardens Apple Store because of the horrible experience here.

I had a good experience at the Apple Store in Square One Mall. It’s the perfect place to explore all Apple products, including the Apple Vision Pro. For the Vision Pro demo, you just need to book an appointment, and the staff will guide you through it.

One thing I really appreciated here was the freedom to try on an Apple Watch. In most stores I’ve visited across Canada, wearing an Apple Watch isn’t allowed due to security reasons. But at this store, I was able to try it on without any restrictions, which helped me determine the right size for my wrist. That made my visit even more worthwhile.

My experience at this particular Apple Store was dishearteningly subpar. A palpable disregard for customer service marred the ambiance.

Associates and managerial staff seemed engrossed in their conversations, paying scant attention to the bustling sales floor. It was not uncommon to witness clusters of employees engaged in light-hearted banter, even near the Genius Bar—a place one would expect the epitome of professionalism and customer support.

Despite being awash with patrons eager for service, the store was a tableau of disorganization and apathy. One could not help but question the leadership orchestrating this chaotic symphony, as it appeared that a comprehensive training program for staff was either woefully inadequate or entirely non-existent.

A glaring breach of customer confidentiality further tainted the experience. Conversations about sensitive information—passwords, personal details, contact numbers, and email addresses—were conducted with a volume and openness that beggared belief.

The approach to customer engagement was, frankly, abysmal. Staff members seemed to shirk from making meaningful eye contact, and how they addressed customers bordered on the absurd, lacking any semblance of respect or decorum.

Given these observations, I am compelled to advise against patronizing this location. It is a lamentable reflection of a brand that, in other circumstances, is celebrated for its customer-centric ethos.

I walked into the Apple Store around 8pm without an appointment, fully expecting there might not be a chance to get my phone fixed..it had water damage, and I was flying out to the Cayman Islands the very next day for work. I explained my situation to Sam, and from the moment he heard it, he went above and beyond to help me.

Despite the fact that his shift was ending in just 10 minutes, Sam took the time to troubleshoot, explain everything clearly, and get my phone fixed on the spot. He was incredibly kind, professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. I even asked how long he had been working at Apple because his expertise was so impressive, when he said only a year, I was genuinely shocked.

The world needs more people like Sam. His customer service was next level, and I truly can’t thank him enough. Apple is lucky to have him!

Very disappointed, I booked an iphone battery replacement several days in advance and once I arrived I was told they can't accept my phone and to come back another day or hold it overnight. Incredibly unprofessional for a business to offer appointments and then deny their customers service after they show up. At this point, just make it a walk in service if you cannot communicate with your customers or respect your own appointment timeslots.
