Amazing Staff, very helpful. I bought almost all my business computer software and hardware and always i find Arco store team very helpful in testing it and then exchanging it. Highly recommend this store.

I had to go back to the store again and from the time I entered the store to the time I left, everyone I interacted at the store were courteous and helpful. Especially Arshad helped me from the beginning till the end.

This is kind of service and helpfulness you miss online and why you need a physical store. I will definitely be coming back to this location and even if an item is available else where my first preference will be this store

My personal computer wouldn't boot and I had a lot of deadlines (WFH) a few months back. Ended up taking my PC to Arco to see if they could help. They had it up and running again next day and answered all my questions. Really saved my skin. They know what they're doing and at a really reasonable price.

Don't go to this place. Got my phone screen "fixed" with them, a few days later, it broke my entire phone. Didn't claim to have been a customer with them because I paid in cash without tax. Cheap products, completely not worth it.

For judeee they ask if u wanna pay cash they don't charge you no text u probably decided to go without Tex and payed cash
And the other thing is it's a phone electronic can never be trustworthy and they probably offer u warranty why didn't u buy that warranty
Next time go to actual phone company where the phone is from and you will feel the difference between pricing from Arco computer
I have been to Arco computer to pick up some computer stuff I have gotten an awesome pricing on a product
I am very very satisfied from their customers services
And I would always go there to buy electronic from them

The main owner is great and advices good, but the other old guy is just nuts, he babbles alot and is lil grumpy but also advices good. Overall they are fair guys and don't loot you for repairs.

These guys are terrible! I called in to ask how getting an estimate for computer repair works. First they wouldn't answer their phone then the guy answered with a rude "hello" as if that is the way you answer a business line, then he hung up on me mid sentence! I called back and told him that he had hung up before he let me finish and he said "I thought we were done, bring your computer in and I'll take a look, otherwise..." and then he hung up again! I am disgusted by how this place does business and would not set ONE FOOT in that store!!!!!!!
