Be careful with this company and the owner Sathi.
He does not pay you after getting his work done, if anyone needs evidence please contact me directly.

Adding after the reply made by the client (date 14/12/2023).

1. Requested two IT resources from us in April 2023
2. Shared two IT profiles with Sathi and Interviewed by the Tech lead of the client (Thusitha) and Sathi. The rates mentioned when sharing the profiles agreed by Sathi.
3. Deployed the resources in May 2023 for the agreed rate
4. After 1.5 months (mid of June) said we over rated and requested to reduce the rate. I said the rates were agreed before deploying the resources and it is not good to change the rate after months. But considering the relationship Sathi had with one of our Snr Managers we reduced the rate.
5. Sathi (the owner) visited personally to the residences of our resources in Sri Lanka without informing us.
6. After another month, in July Sathi proposed a rate almost the exact salary of both the resources we outsourced with no margin. We did not agree as the rates he proposed were not sufficient for us to cover the salary and admin cost.
7. Sathi visited our office in Sri Lanka before holding the resources. He agreed to pay before leaving Sri Lanka but did not.
8. No payments for 3 months after sending several reminders and had to hold the resources.
9. Requested several times to sign the agreement but never did. As per the company procedure, we do not start any business without signing an agreement but we considered the relationship Sathi had with our Snr Manager. He simply misused it.
10. We did not have option other than holding the resources. He continuously requested to release the resources and said that he will pay.
11. He paid a small amount requesting the resources back, we said the resources will be deployed after paying the total, The amount he paid was not sufficient for us to cover even one month salary of the resources.
12. We outsourced the resources for augmentation basis for an agreed monthly rate, we did not undertake a project to deliver with a deadline. His project may had issues after holding the resources but we have nothing to do with it.
13. We are working with leading firms and never had such issues. It was a good learning curve for us, never engage with any business without studying the history of the company as well as the owners.
14. In his reply mentioned that we have deployed non-performers for a high rate. He interviewed them, his tech lead interviewed them, agreed for the rates used them for months, and later says over-rated and not performed well.
If he was not happy with the resources should have stopped using them with immediate effect.
