I’ve never left them a review in the entire 8 years I have dealt with them, and I should have because they definitely deserve it! These guys, specifically Sal (also Shafique!), are masters of their craft, titans of their industry. Incredibly helpful, super thorough, and very eager to get your equipment back to you as soon as possible because they understand time is money where businesses are concerned. I’m literally in the hospital dealing with a health issue as I type this, and while I was physically incapable of continuing to help out the buyer of our POS system that we bought from Ascot (we sold our business), Sal stepped up and reassured me over the phone over and over again to not worry about the matter and that he would personally take care of everything. I can’t say enough good things about this business, they provide quality work and exceedingly kind customer service. Fast, friendly, and genuinely interested in helping. I brought my high-end laptop in for a successful battery swap (which isn't easy nowadays... laptops are built like cars!). My was 100% shot.

Now I can unplug my laptop without worrying about losing my work, and bring it to client meetings.

Overall a good service experience. I purchased a used computer system and it turned out to have some faulty memory. Took it back in and after some questions in regard to my usage they replaced the memory and it seems to work well now.
I would have no issues dealing with them again.

Brought my computer here a few months back. Only problem with my computer was that it would not charge. This "company" had it for over 2 months and were still unable to repair it. Every week was a new excuse until i just decided to take it else where. I took it to a new company only to find they had screwed up my mother board and failed to apply my hard drive, now we lost all my wedding pictures.. DO NOT GO HERE. Pay the extra money and take it somewhere else.
