They do not respond to emails, they are always short-staffed, and Darren is the most frustrating person to deal with and constantly talks in circles. She is very responsible, hardworking and empathizes a lot with her client to help to get a place to live. I got the worst experience of every place I have lived. I never ever got problem to get my damage deposit back, I always paid my rent on time always took care of the apartment. DONT RENT WITH THEM. They never return your calls. You report to them some issue and they do nothing about it. They don’t even take care of the properties. I call them several time for fridge issue, for ant issue. The only answer I got
It’s it should be on my hand to cover those repair and fixed. They always tried to make me paid for simple maintenance of the house. I took better care of this place than they did all the time i’ve lived there ( two years) NEVER seen them. The tenants upstairs had the same problems than me. And when I’ve done my move out. They did not try to find a common date. They just sent an email saying the date without calling me. I moved out, clean the place gave it has I got it. And now they find ANYTHING TO KEEP my money. Before to keep money from others you should care yourself about your properties and tenants.
