Don’t buy from Atlas. Specified printer must handle HP952 ink. They reassured me the printer would. It did not. Their mistake. Had to pay to ship it back and they would not refund original shipping. I’m out $100 and they take no responsibility for their poor customer service or attention to detail.

Beware of Atlas Computers & Electronics!
I ordered what looked like a discounted brand new headset and received used headsets, in poor condition, that were not even the model I had ordered.
They listed a product they didn't have, listed it as new, and sent me something else, which was used, hoping I would not realize.
When I asked about it, their response was antagonizing, blaming me for not realizing its used, saying, "Why will we sell a new product for $45?" implying I'm an idiot for wanting a good deal.
When I revisited the product page, only ONE mention of the word "refurbished" which was not visible unless you scrolled down to the description—nothing in the title, link, cart, or checkout!
FYI Atlas, you don't cut prices for used devices; you price them lower. Discounting from a new price implies it's new.
This kind of behavior is why people don’t trust small businesses anymore. This business does not follow basic e-commerce principles, they engage in unethical practices and attack customers when called out. I’m filing a complaint with Ontario Consumer Protection. My advice: stay far, far away!

Reply to owner: I appreciate your response. It’s good to see a change in your tone compared to our previous communication. In a public forum, being friendly certainly helps.
As all the readers will know, on any retailer site, the "refurbished" term is prominently mentioned multiple times. On this page, it was mentioned once in the description, It's also inconsistent with your other product pages that do mention it in their title, and headers, adding more to the confusion. This is clearly a mistake on your part. And I don't want to even get to the part that you ended up delivering something else, not by mistake, but by your own discretion. Rather than blame customers, focus on improving your website and service, how you communicate with your customers, and create a transparent consistent experience.

I have had a few hiccups with ordering a laptop for work, specifically a rugged device. Stanley Sam was very helpful with rectifying my hardware issues and sent me a RAM set to install in my device so that I can operate the software which I require. I am pleased with their dedication to customer service and satisfaction. I will be ordering from this establishment in the future, as they have been reasonable and concise in their communications and meeting my customer expectations.
