Dane has spent hours with me over the last week since my POP3 to iMAPS upgrade. He resolved my computer, webmail, and cell phone sync issues and even assisted me on the weekend. He has been patient and incredibly resourceful at researching and resolving issues. AND, he always calls back and does not leave one hanging. AND, he educates to help one remember the why and how! Bonus! Hal is also very fast and efficient at answering questions. Six or seven months later, end of 2020 update: I wish I could write a new review! What can I say, Atrema's level of service and professionalism continues to be second to none. And the employees stay, which says much! The new recruit, Kayla, is also highly skilled, wonderfully understanding, patient, and incredible to deal with. Since our world is now all tech almost all the time, I wish all customer service reps could be like Kayla and the team at Atrema!
