Two years ago, AuCoin replaced all the gutters on my house, providing a 5-year warranty. This winter, one gutter pulled away from the house. In May, I reported the issue and was told I’d be added to "the list," but the list was long. By September, I hadn’t heard back and called again, only to find no record of my previous call. Despite leaving multiple "notes" in my file during follow-ups, no one addressed the issue. After months of calls, someone finally came to assess the problem, but I wasn’t informed of the visit, and no next steps were communicated. Weeks later, I learned it wasn’t covered under warranty, which was frustrating after waiting 5 months without resolution. When I requested to see the warranty details, a supervisor became aggressive, yelled at me, and told me to "lose his number." This lack of professionalism and poor customer service was appalling. I ended up hiring another company, who fixed the issue within a week with professionalism and care.

Called many contractors about doing a major renovation on my house. Vinyl siding ,foundation work new deck, etc. They were only 1 of 2 contractors that called back. Sent someone to come take pics and measurements and listen to my concerns . Was informed if would be a couple of days until quote could be finalized as if was Friday . Should have results by Mon, Tues. Seriously, when only 2 contractors send reps. Out of 15, you contacted it, making your choice quite easy. Highly recommend this company on this initial meeting and the high rated reviews.

We had our shingles blow off our main roof while we were away on vacation for over a month. Called these guys to replace the roof the end of November beginning of December. The job they did was amazing. I know that time of year is the worst for doing a roof as it is cold with not a lot of dry days. The team worked for 8 days straight. Cleaned up all and any mess. Shortly after we returned home there was a major storm with hurricane like winds. I saw the posts on Facebook....about 50 people with brand new roofs showing how all the shingles were coming off. I promptly ran outside in the storm to see if there was any damage. Perfectly intact. We’ve had so many huge wind storms since then. Roof looks awesome! We paid extra but as far as I’m concerned it was 100% worth it. They did it right and they warranty their work. Awesome job. I would totally give my business to these guys again!!
