My desktop PC was sitting collecting dust because of the dreaded blue screen of death. Was told to give Daryl & John at Automatica a try but I didn't have much hope that they would be able to fix it as I had taken it previously to Staples without success. I dealt with John and he was great. Was very professional and understood my concern about cost effective of repairing it vs replacing. Service was great, John picked up my machine on a Friday and had it fixed and back to me on the following Monday. I would highly recommend using them instead of the big box stores. Price was fair, service and knowledge was A+. Thanks again John! Cheers.

Automatica has been managing our companies IT for quite some time now. I couldn't be more happy with the service or dedication they have provided us with. I have a lot of confidence knowing I can call them if something happens, and the situation will be dealt with. Prices are more than fair with equipment, hourly rate is amazing, and the service contract is too good to be true but it is! Do yourself and your company a favor and use these guys.

Great Service. As with any small business owner being without a computer is very challenging. John fit me in on a Friday during Covid restrictions. He was able to get me up and going without taking my unit in. Gave good recommendations to prevent future issues as well. Very knowledgeable - I have used other companies in the past with mixed results. Would highly recommend Automatica for your IT and computer service needs..

John provides excellent mobile service to resolve a technical issue to my iMac. He was able to rebuild my iMac hard drive and install a new operating system while maintaining all the valuable data on my hard drive, all the while he gave me the information and confidence that the process would work to save my contents. I would highly recommend John to assist with any technical issues with your computer and important data. John arrived at my home when he said he would, worked efficiently, and was very professional. No complaints at all!

Liam came out to our clinic and was absolutely wonderful. He not only fixed the computer issues we were having but answered all of my questions. I am not overly tech savvy and I appreciated him taking the time to explain things simply and thoroughly. I was experiencing difficulties with my home computer and had no idea what could be wrong. John was highly recommended and was willing to come to my place of residence to work on my computer. He was very informative and explained what he was doing as he proceeded to check my machine. He did not try to up sell me and at no time did he suggest expensive fixes. By the time he left my machine was running smoothly and more efficiently. John was very pleasant and professional and I would highly recommend John for his knowledge and expertise.
