Me and wife got a contract with this company to build a house 2014 March It finally finished 2015 Dec There are so many problems during construction every single construction step was delayed, disorganized management, irresponsibility at all but the builder talked us nicely and the condition of deal was nice. It looks conscientious for us. So, We tried to believe this builder and give him a chance to finish our home. But it was big mistake, I really think this builder is irresponsible. Every time we should check our order like wall color, hardwood type, siding color, front door, window type, wood shelve, light, even electric switch almost everything we select. We visit our house once a week for 2 years contact so many times and visit millet twice a month. There is another house of this builder started few months later than ours but finished 6 months earlier. We moved this house end of Dec 2015 before finish this house just before Christmas. The builder promise us very strongly they will finish everything before our possession. He insisted us to move this house. But, There are so many problems such like change window, lack of insulation on the ceiling, fireplace is not working at all no clue no answer for fixing fireplace, lack of silicon outside wall, damage on outside siding, paint front door, blocking for support beams in basement etc. It still left until now Apr 2016 I remember Jan 2016 They visited our house few times because of fixing inspection of Leduc City. Some of problems fixed by themselves but of course It delayed a lot and It means they did every work double times every single construction steps. We check, inspect ourselves study about house and contract and laws. One of our complain is cost of this house. When we have possession of this house Dec 2015 I was not sure about all of this building cost. It also different with what he said us before. So, I want to make sure ask him receipt and paper work but I still haven't get any receipt or paper to prove reasonable expenses. Feb 2016 My wife contact the builder but she can't contact him no answer, no reply, no email not at all. So my wife contacts the worker I don't know I can mention his name or not and his position he got the call but he said he will contact in 5 min and hung up the phone than no reply. My wife call him again he said he will send a worker or we should contact his worker. Nobody come to fix our fire place and cabinet damage, shelve, cabinet light, change windows, landscaping, front door isn't close properly etc. So, The builder have not answered us after Jan 2016 and the worker lies to us every times my wife called. There are a lot of things I skipped mention here It is too many. If somebody has plan to contract this builder or doubt that this complain or review is really true or maybe you think we are very picky or hardhearted. I have willingness to show anyone evidence of this complain. We tried to do best to solve this problem with this builder for two years. But now I seriously consider lawsuit. If you are going to have a contract with this builder I recommend you consider this complaint everything I mentioned is true
