We found a suit for our wedding here! Mario "the suit man" was so incredibly helpful. He pulled the perfect size and colour options off the rack! Each one perfectly suited my fiancé & theme of our wedding, it was really hard to pick! We are extremely happy with our choice and grateful Mario could help style my husband-to-be. Lots of good accessories there too 👌

So the story goes, my husband bought these shirts and has only worn them a couple times. It’s dishearten because he has shirts older ( 2018 + 2019 ) in his closet that haven’t been worn. He recently purchased more dress shirts because of the issue below ( see photos attached ). We brought the shirts to the store to show the manager, the manager advised to purchase more shirts even though they admitted to have a supplied change ( in China ). If you purchase any dress shirts at the outlet, just be mindful that this part of the shirt ( left sleeve above elbow ) rips easily without aggressive use. I won’t be spending money with them going forward.

I recently visited Banana Republic and had a very disappointing experience. A staff member named Jaspreet Kaur was extremely rude and unprofessional. She spoke to me in a harsh tone, making me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Customer service is meant to enhance the shopping experience, but unfortunately, her behavior did the opposite. It was truly disappointing for me, and I hope management addresses this issue so future customers don’t have to endure such poor service.

Alot of good clothing. Made good. A bit better quality
The store is very clean and the staff are very nice and helpful
Yes the price may be a little higher but a high percentage of the clothing is alot better quality than competition.
Id bet the tread count is better. The selection of material to make the clothing is better.
The store I rate a five star quality store .
Fitted clothing with very good quality.
Tame colours not much bling
But i think this store is alot better than most

I have not shopped in a Banana Republic for years. I just happened to be in this mall on a short trip out of town. I saw a trench coat I liked. A pleasant young salesman said they had it in black. I bought it. The service was great and I was very happy with my purchase.

I visited the store yesterday and encountered a delightful young lady named Jessica. She was the only one working at the time, and I found her to be exceptionally kind and sincere. Jessica made a great effort to assist me in the men's section, and she exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Jessica when visiting Banana Republic.
