Jonas was exceptional! Great communication and speedy service when I needed a hard reset on my laptop plus an install for a couple additional parts. Few hiccoughs along the way but he laid out the options and gave me his recommendations. Stellar company and great bloke! Cant recommend enough

Jonas was really quick to respond to my email regarding issues with my laptop. He was very accommodating and collected my laptop from me when my truck broke down and was very good at communicating issues and collaboratively making a plan of action for the fix.
