J’ai fait affaire avec eux pour booker plusieurs des activités que nous avons fait pendant notre séjour : Banff gondola, open top touring, Columbia icefield skywalk et maligne lake cruise. J’avais cependant pris le temps d’acheter les billets bien à l’avance et donc moins cher que si achetés au guichet selon ce que j’ai cru comprendre.

Très grande flexibilité, c’est-à-dire que nous avons été en mesure de devancer ou repousser de quelques heures les activités prévues auprès de la compagnie.

I had my commitment ceremony (wedding without marriage signing) at the Banff Gondola in June. Working with them was seamless for my wife and I during the process; however, with booking and communication with the company our wedding planners had difficulty getting in touch or getting clear answers when they reached out.

The staff took great care of us ensuring everything was set up properly and to our liking, including 2 staff members taking us up there for a complimentary viewing of the venue and reservations. I should mention the reservations for the sky bistro are merely reservations and that didn't include the meal and or any form of wedding tastings which appeared to be another misunderstanding with pursuit and our planners.

My recommendation would be if you're going to be planning an event through pursuit for your big day is to communicate with them directly, as mentioned above we experienced nothing but clear and organized communication when working with them directly! Caitlin did an incredible job when she took over for the end half of our planning process and taking care of us and our every needs.

Host and Hostess with the mostest!!!!! We went on the Colombian Icefield Trip with Brewster Mountain Tours via Pursuit and had John the driver and Taylor the hostess. This trip was truly incredible and made so special by both John and Taylor’s knowledge of the area and general Banff National Park knowledge from how glaciers form to tree growth and fires to bear 🐻 knowledge too. It is a long day out from 7.30am to 7pm but not once did they lose energy to ensure you were enjoying your day out. Really commendable!!!!

The Icefield itself was just incredible and we learned so much too. Am hoping the glacial facial indeed took 10 years off my face!!!! Buffet lunch was outstanding too and the big ice trucks are a memory we’ll never forget too but the fun in the bus just topped the whole day off (as well as seeing the bear of course!!!) Thanks for a fabulous day John and Taylor!!!!

We were at the Maligne Lake Cruise on June 17th and although it was chaotic because of the sunshine, rain, and flurries that appeared within an hour, Bree (office), Kyra (tour guide) and Emily (boat captain) worked well under pressure and were also delightfully accommodating. Thank you!

We just did the Maligne lake cruise with captain Cam and Jess as the host. She said it was just her second cruise and she did an excellent job, very knowledgable and entertaining.We also did the glacier tour and the skywalk, which we would definitely recommend.

I had a fairly disheartening interaction with staff when purchasing a ticket for the Banff gondola at Elk + Avenue. The price was expensive and then I realized it was bc they didn’t ask if I was an Alberta resident, which I am. When I mentioned this the tone of the person assisting me turned very entitled and dismissive. Not impressed.

The bathrooms in their main Pursuit facility were in need of repair. 4/7 urinals were completely broken with garbage bags over them. And at least 2 of the sinks were also covered in garbage bags and the rest of the sinks were stained with dirt and grime. The rest of the facility for seating looked fine.
