Amazing coffee shop in the middle of town. We tried a vanilla latte and flat white both of which were great as they had the perfect amount of sweetness to coffee. We also tried the chicken wrap, date bar, and scone all of which were made fresh here. All were served warmed / toasted and were 10/10. Then the owner brought us over a free muffin to top it off which was 11/10 best thing we ate. Couldn’t recommend the place more!

Customer service was excellent and the carrot cake was delicious with a hot mocha. I love that it wasn’t too sweet like most places make their mocha. Loved this place!

Hidden gem across from Banff Social. Rolo Mocha was smooth and delicious. Hot & cold. Cheesecake & triple chocolate cake was great as well. Only coffee house open late. Great service & very friendly. Highly recommend a visit!

Banff is an amazing place to visit.. the Banff downtown has so many good restaurants and coffee shops. The downtown walk is very beautiful with snow covered mountains all around

Fast and friendly service, but super overpriced for what you get. The food is not fresh, and is microwaved at order time. Also, portion sizes are quite small. The coffee and hot chocolate here are freshly made and taste good. I'd come back for the drinks, but definitely wouldn't come back for food here.

Very disappointed with the service I received today, and I feel the need to share it. I have been to the café several times, and there is always a very kind man attending. This time was the exception with someone else. My friend and I walked up to the counter, but no one came to assist us, so we sat at a table waiting for someone to come out so we could order coffee. After a few minutes, an Asian woman came out and rudely asked us to go to the counter to place our order. We told her we were still deciding what to order, and she walked away but kept staring at us. After a minute, she came back to demand that we go to the counter. Since we were still unsure about what to order, she told us that if we were not going to order, we had to leave. Her manner of communication was so rude that we decided not to order anything and left. I hope the service improves; I wouldn’t want to be served by her again with that attitude. I must point out that this only happened this time, as the man who has attended us on other occasions has always been kind.
