Purchased winter boots four times at this store every two years, two months ago bought another pair. The zipper failed on one, asked for warranty, picked boots up and was charged $19.00 for a new zipper! Hate to do it but We are done here! Will be an Amazon customer from now on! D. Young

Went in this morning to have my red wings replaced. Met with indifference. My boots are falling apart and i was its wear. Pieces missing from the sole and cracked, less than a year old. I had them replaced less than a year ago but they refused to exchange them. Ill never shop there again. I paid $350 for the boots, you think theyd want to help instead of losing a costomer and having me write this review. Shame on you Barrhead shoes

This is Kevin Daase owner of Barrhead Shoes

This is in response to Don Cassidys reveiw. Heres the truth on the situtation and u can decide for yourself if we are bad people!!
He bought his first pair of red wings Jan 26/15 and they did have problems and we replaced Mar 24/15 at no cost, then he brought these ones in Aug 21/17 and wanted warranty on these boots. So the boots are over two years old and even company only warranties for the year which is well stated from them. How i know the specific days on all this is we keep record cards on all red wings bought through store for warranty purposes. I just wanted the other side of store told. U as customers can decide who is in wrong now.

I bought myself a pair of winter rubber boots and they weren’t winter boots wore them once and my feet got so cold went to take them back and they wouldn’t accept them I found them rude , There prices are way to high wont be shopping there anymore
