I was looking for a recommended shop to do device repairs, and found Bassani Tech. They were very communicative with me, upfront on costs, and they were speedy for the repair on my Samsung 20 Ultra. Additional costs came up for the fix, and they expressed it immediately. I agreed to the small increase and in the end, they only charged me what the original quote was. I told them that I had the text stating cost would be more, and I was fine with paying that, but they didn't charge me extra. I'm a single parent on a budget so that $20 savings meant a lot to me. You made my weekend! My device looks brand new. Highly recommend Bassani Tech!

Over the years my home network and computers were updated\upgraded by me and my son . We are proof of the saying that a little bit of knowledge can be a dangerous thing . Last week the whole thing came crashing down . Occasionally I work from home and I needed the system up and running to be able to do so. I contacted Reny Bassani and after a few phone calls and a remote log in, he said he would come right over to have a look . ( 7:30 pm on a weeknight ! ) So, Reny arrives and he said he couldn’t figure out how we even had a connection to do anything given the way we had configured the home system Roughly 90 minutes later everything was up and running . Watching Reny work was an experience . His technical skills were amazing . He basically rewired our whole system . He was unplugging wiring and plugging wiring back in so fast it was hard to follow . He even returned our Google Nest Family to the network as they were “ lost in space “ He updated all of our devices ( tablets and phones ) and made sure everything was working before he departed . I just paid his bill which was more than reasonable given his skill set and attending in a weekday evening to assist me. If you are looking for someone in IT to assist you, Reny is your guy.

This place was awesome and both people I saw were super helpful. Took my sons switch in and they took it apart and unfortunately the fix was going to be to much for what it was and so they put it back together and rang me back and did all that without charging me anything. Awesome and super helpful.

Nic was able to come to my house the same day I called and was able to get my computer back on track quickly. Then he updated my laptop to Windows 11, even though Microsoft update said it couldn’t be done! Don’t hesitate to call them for quick, friendly service.

These friendly and knowledgeable guys went above and beyond to get me back up and running (twice due to user error 😅) in no time at a very fair price and with absolutely outstanding service. They are usually able to fix my computers between 15 minutes to a few days depending on the issue. Great team and friendly service! My go to place for tech.

If there were more stars to give Bassani Tech, they certainly would deserve all of them. We referred a friend of ours to Reny since the company is just around the corner from our house. Our friend received outstanding service and even recovered a totally broken drive. So we figured we give them a try as well to rebuild our company server. The level of service and attention to Reny's customers is something you will not find these days anymore. I will certainly bring all of my future business to them. No matter if you are in a pinch, looking for new equipment or even advice there is not other place that performs better then Bassani Tech.
