It is a great club that has a long history in Belleville and its location in Victoria Park and Harbour. The staff are amazing 👏 and they always treat everyone great 👍. They are still accepting new members, so don't be afraid to give them a call or stop by.

We stopped at BQYC foir two nights returning from a Rideau Canal trip. From the onset, we found this to be an excellent club to visit. We were fortunate to have arrived on their Social night to which we were invited to take part by the very courteous and knowledgeable Barkeep, Honey, who also made the delicious Hors d'oeuvres for those attending the Social Night. During this time we encountered several very friendly and outgoing members who made us feel very much at home.

The club is host to many skilled racing sailors as shown by the numerous racing awards in their trophy cases. The vistors are treated very well with the many amenities available to them including the strurdy visitors dock with power/water, laundry, etc..

Definitely a "must visit" when in the area. BQYC, many thanks for your generous and friendly hostpitality.

Amazing People Here! The club itself, the docks, and the scenery are all amazing, but what really stands out are the people! I only got to experience BQYC for a short time, but they made my experience amazing. As a complete novice to the sport, they took their time to help me get everything ready and ship-shape. I'd like to thank everyone at the club for all their help, and thank Commodore Steve a great deal for letting me keep my new (to me) Grampians 26 on land for the amount of time he did. Have a great season and many more to come!

Spring is here. The perch are coming. Pickerel and walleye will be there in two weeks. Lovely park for a picnic. Room for kids to ride on the paths. Sit and watch the boats in the bay. Lunch at the Yacht Club...Come out and Enjoy..

Visitors dock is not maintained by the club. When we visited, the dock was covered by goose poop to a depth of a couple of inches. Was still charged for the stay even though we had to clean off the dock so that we could get off the boat.

I was a 'student' of one of there sailing camps, and it was great. They taught sailing in a fun way. Only problem is that sometimes they were too forceful on what you could or could not do.
