I recently visited Beach Impression for the second time, and I'm thrilled to share my experience. I brought in a wireless keyboard that I believed was malfunctioning, and I was fortunate enough to have David help me. David's professionalism and expertise were evident from the start. He took the time to thoroughly examine the keyboard and quickly identified the issue.
To my surprise, David called me in just about half an hour to let me know that the keyboard was actually in perfect working condition—it had simply become unpaired with my laptop. He walked me through the steps to re-pair the keyboard, and it worked like a charm.

Brought in my 10 year old Windows Vista laptop that was near death and I was advised that it was not really worth fixing. I took the advice and David sold me an HP Windows 10 laptop for a great price! I was only without internet overnight....Excellent service! The go to store in the Beach...and beyond! UPDATE...February 10th 2024....Laptop finally conked out and I took it in to David. This time I had him dig in and put all my photos on a "stick"...Excellent fast/one day service and a great price for saving the data. Once again...the best service in the Beaches! APRIL 2024....My laptop, the good one, The Dell overheated and went on "blackout" . Took it to David and once again he came thru for me. Minimal cost and super fast service. My machine is running like new! He even loaned me one for the weekend so I could remain on-line! Nice! Fantastic customer service.
