Absolutely outstanding store, the people there are very helpful, kind, and make sure that I have a great time. I appreciate that whenever I buy something, whether it's a microphone, a desktop, or anything, you offer a cable with it to ensure that I can use it. And the return policy is very useful as I once bought an m.2 drive and it was the wrong size, I walked in and despite it being opened, they happily switched it out for one of the proper size, thank you beats and bytes, you always make my day.

I attempted to purchase a replacement battery here. First, I called to confirm the battery was in stock, and was assured they had it. I confirmed the price as well. After I drove from an hour away, they told me that they do not sell the battery. I inquired as to why, and they said they would install it for an additional cost, but would not sell me just the battery.

Normally I would be fine with this policy, but it seemed rather underhanded to tell me that they had the battery in stock, then not sell it to me AFTER I drove there.

I've been using this place for years. In recent months, been pawning different things when I needed cash and buying back when I was good and it used to help alot. now I feel like I'm getting ripped off everytime I go there. ABSOLUTE JOKE! I no longer trust these people and I'm never using these rip off artists again! UP YOURS B&B!!!

Friendly knowledgeable staff, great upbeat environment, all the staff knows what they’re talking about and are always able to answer any questions I have, great to work with. Everyone greats me with a smile anytime I walk through the door. Prices are great, and they always have a wide selection of products. It’s rare they don’t have what I’m looking for. I can honestly say I have never had a complaint my entire time going here.
