I started going a couple months ago with my mom, and we have been extremely happy with their services, the doctors are very professional and always attentive. Appointment availability is flexible. We don't feel rushed when being attended, our specialist takes his time to ask questions, answer our questions, he listens to our concerns, and explains any type of medical care plan that he may think is right in both medical terms and in simplified terms.

Since the start of the pandemic I have been reluctant to go to a lot of places including medical offices but decided to take a leap of faith and schedule an appointment with one of the doctors in this group. I put my trust in these people and thought they had my best interests at heart but apparently that was not the case. The day of my appointment one of the girls at the front were not wearing a mask. The actual doctor who saw me and spoke with me for about an hour in a small room always had her nose exposed and would constantly bring her mask down completely to talk. At one point she verbalized how tired she was of this “mask thing.” Aside from this she was flat out creepy and inappropriate. She made multiple passes to me telling me how handsome I was and how much she loved my long hair and before I left asked me to wear my hair down for the next visit!!! She even asked me to bring down my mask to get a good look at my face. She even interrupted me while I was speaking to answer her cell phone. This behavior is totally unprofessional and unwarranted. Needless to say I had a horrible experience and only ended up with COVID-19 from this place. I’ve been extremely sick for over a week now and passed it on to my wife and 11 year old son. I suspected I got Covid here but the Florida Department of Health confirmed it to me with a phone call.

*PLEASE SEE EDIT BELOW FOR IMPORTANT UPDATE *Unprofessional staff who obviously don’t know the value of curtesy. I scheduled an appointment and they called me the day of hours after the scheduled time and advised the doctor was running late and would call me soon. Not only did they not call me back when I called back to reschedule they said I claimed I did not have “enough time”. The next available appointment was two weeks out. I explained that they were delaying my medication refill, they were not concerned at all. If you want inconsistency come here!!!! The physicians themselves are not bad but good staff can make it break an office.

I never thought I would use this office again, I rated them 2 stars. I needed a medication refill/ assistance with some FMLA paperwork and they were the only ones available on short noice. I must say I am IMPRESSED with their recent performance. The office staff, specifically Gabby, was incredibly attentive. She went through great lengths to ensure the physicians filled out the required paperwork, the relevant parties received the paperwork, and had a cheerful disposition throughout our interactions. They really took the above comment to heart at one point and have placed more emphasis on patient centered care.

Dirty facility where therapy is conducted in a closet size space. Greedy to the extreme, charge customers for simple forms and cancellations, not to mention a rude front desk attendant who shows zero compassion or understanding. Waiting time three hours for the psychiatrist, and sometimes your appointment is cancelled. The only positive is the lady therapist who is very nice.

I meet the doctor but I think she's super rude, in fact I had an appointment for a doctor and psychiatrist and I canceled them. I'll look for another place.

Very small location. very cold location. Therapy is done in a closet type room (no windows or desks) you can hear thru the walls since it is a closet. they actually recommended me another therapist. They we very quick to give medication out to a minor-when there was no confirmed diagnosis. more like "give it a try". No Doctors on site. the staff is swamped and they do their best. They need to move again....to a bigger better location! because they do care.......

Odalys J. Waugh IS THE WORST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER MET IN MY LIFE. I told her I didn't want to have my first ever session with her and she said "no you need this you cant leave" knowing absolutely nothing about me. She then called my emergency contact number to get payment. Got payment for a session that didn't happen. Called me back and belittled me!!!! She also complained about me TO MY EMERGENCY CONTACT!!!! This was a complete violation of hippa. She told me I was acting like a little kid!!!! How can a THERAPIST say that to someone. Unbelievable. Absolutely unbelievable.

My fiancé and I have been coming here for years, I love the staff and of course, Dr. Albert Garcia. I want to say thank you so much for everything and always helping all your patients the best you can. I know everybody can’t be pleased, but we are very pleased with coming here and will continue to do so.
