Terrible sitio. El nombre contradice totalmente lo que ofrecen. Pasamos por múltiples terapistas sin experiencia , sus terapias consistían en jugar roblox, la última terapista no tenía ética, y ellos como empresa nos engañaron durante toda la auditoria con mantenerle sus servicios a mi hijo y luego de la espera me pretendían cambiar nuevamente la terapista con escusas sin fundamento. Perjudicaron seriamente el tratamiento de mi hijo. Si quieren algo profesional mejor busquen otro lugar. No dejen que los engañen como a nosotros

Going on 6 weeks with no RBT for my daughter. This company stopped services due to them being audited which isn't a good thing. Something isn't right for them to be audited. Looking for another company. I'm tried of reaching out them when I don't even work for them.

My son was without services for more than a month; the case manager did not communicate with me, every time I spoke to her it was because I called her. I looked myself for an ABA therapist and human resources did not want to hire her because English is not her first language. At the end, I asked for the discharge.

Amazing staff and BCBA’s ! The best training they provide it to you to be ready for your sessions. Super friendly environment, I really enjoyed my training experience ? HR staff is amazing !!

I was unable to start working with them because they changed the location for the training to their main location which is Boynton. I live in Margate, FL and Bryana Edwin was made aware of that. I was told the training will be virtual and I would not have to worry. Unfortunately, that was not true and the location changed which allowed me to be unable to join. I am now being charge $300 because I was unable to work with them which I think is unfair because it’s THEIR fault. Seems like their a scam and do not really care. Wouldn’t recommend at all, wish I would have stayed at the same company I was working with. They talk really big and seem really nice but I wouldn’t do it.

I really enjoyed my time here unfortunately I had to move away but the staff was pleasant. Every BCBA I worked under was great and knew what they were doing. I love it there!

Do you love your child? You obviously do, that's why you are here reading reviews before deciding who to intrust with your child's treatment. Do your family a favor and look else where. I have worked with Behavioral Family Solutions for some time now and I promise you that it is not worth the hassle. This company does not have your childs best interest in mind. In the beginning when they first started out they were a small company with employees and workers that cared. That is no longer the case. They have expanded and your child is nothing more than a number. Money in their pockets. They recruit all of these young RBTs and BCBAs, most of them straight out of school, babies. They do not know what they are doing and are not qualified to work with your kids. They will make mistakes with your child, mistakes that will affect them and then wipe their hands clean and try to place blame elsewhere. The office staff is rude. When I say rude I mean RUDE. They are self centered, narcissistic and condescending. The therapists that have worked with my children change all the time because they can't stand the company and leave. Please, I tell you this as one concerned autism mother to another. We needed to help each other out as much as possible. My experience and that of so many others with this company is not good. Don't be fooled by the pretty websites and social media account. There are better qualified and more caring companies out there to choose from. I never leave reviews but I felt I had to. Hopefully this helps some families not endure what we have had to endure. #autismstrong
