I got the ranchers pack a couple of months ago. The meats quality is certainly better than supermarket quality. However, it's a bit fatty. I would have preferred if it was possible to replace/add some items to the pack and pay the difference, but that is a minor issue. The main issue is packaging. Some bags were either not vacuum sealed or the seal was torn. This was my first time buying, so I can't judge whether it was a one-time thing or not.

Needed a huge order for a extremely special occasion. Custom order delivered to my door the next day.

Super happy with service. Steaks are marbled and tender. Sausages are great for any meal. All round 5 star.

After dinner update: Best home cooked steak I've ever had. No one could believe how good they were. Thank you!

My uncle and I got the holiday pack! Great tasting burgers, New York’s, minute steaks, roast, ground beef. Currently enjoying a Sirloin Steak. Will be buying a tomahawk steak this summer!

Called to enquire about a price . Person said can I put you on a quick hold, I said sure .I waited almost 20 minutes. I called back . I assumed the person that put me on the quick hold was finding out a price. They said they directed my call to another department. Would have been nice to know, as it wasn't quick at all. The person then took number said she would call once she found out. Never heard back . I just called there the person said they should have a price for me tomorrow. I said no thanks she said ok like it's not a big deal. I guess a new prospective customer is not needed . I would put 0 stars but you can't.

Shady!!! Very poor quality, ground had bone chunks, gristle, extremely fatty. We exchanged ground once, didn’t get better meat... were great to deal with at the start. After that.... Arranged returning the beef, couldn’t give us an etransfer for a couple days after return, so meat was in their hands for a couple days before refund issued.... got taken for $700... we believe some meat went missing after return. Was accused of not returning all meat, they stated we used more than we said.... magically it was all the choice cuts that went missing... guess I should have taken video/pics of returned meat before leaving.... didn’t expect to get screwed like this......

3 years ago my family got 2 full beefs butchered and the quality and packaging was great. Last year we got another 2 beefs butchered and the quality and packaging were both lacking. The ground was full of bones, tendons and grissle. The packaging of the ground was over sealed and burnt causing opened seals and leaks. Other packaging was not vacuum sealed fully and the meat was light pink rather than red causing us to throw away some packages of stewing meat, short ribs and strip loin. Will not be returning.

If I could give less then 1 star I would. We ordered half cow, which came unlabelled. When someone finally got back to us They told us to take pictures and they would try to identify what each piece was. Which hasn’t worked out to be true to what they said. So now we have en entire freezer of meat and no idea what it is. The burger was also suppose to be lean ground beef and it’s the greasiest meat I’ve ever had. Would never purchase again

Traveled for hours to visit them in store only to find out that everything must be pre-ordered. There was nothing about this on their website at all, and they wouldn't even let me in to see if they had anything on hand and available. What an absolute waste of time. Extremely disappointed.

Response to reply: I drove from Edmonton with the intention of purchasing the better part of a whole side worth of cuts after having some of your beef at a steakhouse in Banff where I was blown away. Had the website said anything about the necessity of pre-ordering, I happily would have done so. At this point, unless you have a local retailer in Edmonton, unfortunately you've missed your opportunity. I won't be back to the storefront.
