After many in office meetings, delays and email exchanges- Peter Berrigan- did minimum effort. If you are having property disputes, this is NOT the survey company to utilize. His employees obviously work hard- but we have been told by many locals that his father would be disappointed in him for treating us so poorly. He bladed his own employee while we were discussing the Provincial road (Pernette Drive) in his office. The South Shore Pirate tactics are well hidden-He is part of the old boys club and will create a distraction. He signed off on a Provincial road being-Private and did not convert feet to meters when obtaining and reviewing his own material. (423 feet was not converted to meters in a 1972 survey -given to him by public works and the other party, after we had to ask for it several times). He also turned our private property to a subdivision (2 pids) - Peter Berrigan is currently teaching --How to subdivide properties to other surveyors. He was paid in full ($3300 ((2 Acres)), 3 days after he registered his survey (Aug12, 2023). He did NOT give us the GPS plot pages and other material that we paid for, therefore we must hire another Surveyor because of his tampering. He refused- not use the latest Public Highways information which we used the freedom of Information act to acquire. We spoke with him in person on many occasions -We believe he used our Mental Health(we are war Vets) to confuse the facts and use the misinformation and rubber stamped grave errors. I give him 1 star because his employees were admirable. Update- October 27, 2023- We were not overdue, you did not register our property until August 2023, and we asked for the GPS grids and Field Notes -and never given them. You were paid in full. The PROVINCE IS INVESTIGATING. The public must know how this happened. See -Nova Scotia Public Works letter (PUBLIC HIGHWAYS) attached to this review. Peter Berrigan Lied in his reply. The Bill WAS paid on Time. Peter never placed proper markers on our property NOR did he mark our Right of way or Easement. He is all SOUTH SHORE SHADY !!! The Adjacent Owner is the LaHave River Yacht Club. This review works.

We have been using Berrigan Surveys since 2008. They surveyed out 12 lots for a development project we did. They have also surveyed two of our personal properties. All employees were very professional and helpful. Overall a very pleasant experience. Peter has been especially helpful.

Peter and Lester provide solid advice based on decades of formal education and expertise regarding our particular survey and septic requirements.
