Extremely poor customer service. Nikita does not know how to speak to people she was quite condescending and rude. I simply did not hear her when she quoted s price and instead of repeating the price she screamed at me in a very condescending manner and discriminating way that way. Even if she is having a bad day you do not speak to people in that manner. As well as i simply did not hear or may have a hear impairment or even cannot understand writing. And lack of conflict resolution, management or customer skills from Amitloj. Instead of apologizing I was gaslighted and he tried to overlook the issue. Not very nice. Otherwise its a big store and the store is clean

Cynthia, I believe her name was, had picked the phone I was looking to purchase from out the back so the other sales associate (I’m unsure of his name) could ring me through. Not only did I get the wrong storage on the phone and had to make a return, but since they had set up the payment plan and switched my phone plan all together, I’m now stuck with endless customer service calls to resolve this. Another girl there had helped brilliantly and made the refund however I’m now having issues with my phone plan outside of Best Buy. So thank you Cynthia, for grabbing the wrong phone and making it almost impossible to get my old phone plan back.

More care and caution should be taken when selecting the phone a customer wants instead of trying to get a quick sale.

Sales people were nice to chat with and were helpful. Store is accessiable close to entrance. Downfall since their remodel, most things have to be ordered in. Best off to order anything you want online. Either from best buy and pick up there or from somewhere else.

My name is Frank. As a regular customer in Best Buy. I feel very disappointed for today experience. I know they only search information by checking on phone Best Buy app instead not telling customers how the product like by real veterans in technology. I don’t expect too much but still Unbelievable. I just downloading files on demo to my usb flash drive. Not to their laptop.Before I do that, I especially asked some staffs, they say it’s ok and I just plugged in my usb flash drive. Since I can’t use media creation tools on public computers cause It need password to let apps change demo, they have no rights to give me this. That’s right so I gave up and planned to buy a cheapest chrome book instead. I just stressed I don’t have a separate laptop. I need to reinstall windows but they just assume they don’t how to help me. I just left for a while to grab some food. Then I returned, plugged in again. Maybe I could download iso to my flash drive. Then a woman staff in blue shirt says I against the policy. I can’t connect the usb flash to download iso and request me to pull out my flash drive. Well Whatever at the moment cause it’s just demo. If back to demo mode the download will pause. But seriously, I just searched and carefully read the policies. None of them mentioned u can’t plug your usb flash drive to demo and download files(Seriously If I really did bad thing got the demo damaged I will pay for the loss)(I understand why they stop me but still feel unsatisfied, then the staff said we have geek squad to help me.) Well, why you don’t tell me earlier I can’t download things and plug flash drive earlier and why you don’t tell me you have that service to download windows on flash drive when I asked I don’t have any separate computer to reinstall windows. She said I never asked her if I can download something from best buy laptop demo. Ok, that’s my fault cause I didn’t ask you because you are too busy. I have to ask others but why other staff don’t stop me in early time? Seriously? Feel shame on non professional staffs(except geek squad, they meet my request at least.)

I witnessed a customer that asked to look at a product they liked before purchasing. I could not believe they refused to let him look at it. It was expensive too. They left pretty frustrated. Felt sorry for him. Such horrible customer service these days. It is like they did not care at all.

Located in the Mayflower Mall via mall entrance. Large store, well stocked. Employees are always friendly, easy to find and knowledgeable. Reserved parking for online orders next to building. Hours may differ from mall hours as it is an anchor store.

Go up
