We had Bick’s remodel our bathroom into two separate bathrooms this past October. They did a fantastic job and it looks amazing. The contractors, technicians, and staff were nothing short of amazing all the way through. Their communication from Kim and Stephen in the office, down to the staff and subcontractors should very well be the gold standard for all contractor communication.

We're new to the city, and over the course of a few days Bick Heating and Cooling's staff showed its varied capabilities and talents to help upgrade some needs in our home purchase. First, Andrew and Alex installed a new laundry tub, toilet, and faucet set. Next, Nick tested our current, but aged furnace and AC units. Stephen then quoted a range of replacement offers for air conditioning, while Kim arranged and coordinated not only these visits, BUT took information for a quote on electrical upgrades. The very next day, Andrew and Darren arrived to install a new RUUD 13 Seer AC unit, on a new concrete pad, and with upgraded lines and hoses (see photo). Many companies can do the work; many offices can do the paperwork, but few can do it with a professional attitude and decorum demonstrated by the staff from Bick Heating and Cooling. We heartily recommend this company.

I was having issues with my AC unit. I called at 3:45pm, the tech was there at 3:50pm, and had diagnosed the problem and had it repaired within 20 minutes. He had the part in the van. That may have been luck, but you have to be good to be lucky. Stocking the right components for 80% of the issues that you encounter is simply good business.

These folks know how to look after the folks in this area. They are FROM this area. They grew up here and know the people.

I will never call anyone else for anything to do with my HVAC.

I cannot recommend Bick Heating & Cooling more highly. When I first moved to Stratford I was dreading having to find new service providers, but the previous home owner had relied upon Bick, and left their information behind. They provided my Air Conditioning service check in the Spring, and checked my heat system in the winter, and everyone I interacted with was so friendly, so professional, so prompt and so kind.

Kim, who's responsible for their Admin Services, is so responsive and so, so lovely. She always goes above and beyond to find time, and was so reassuring and prompt when I had concerns re: plumbing.

Every single person who has ever visited my home for check-ins has been so personable. They always put me at ease, and never take advantage of their customers when there's a question or concern. Their pricing is fair, they're so skilled and so efficient. I'm so glad their skills and services are so vast, because I'm so comforted by the ability to rely on them for the vast majority of my repair and maintenance-based needs.

We've used Bick for both a new water heater installation, a furnace tune up/check over, and an HVAC repair and will absolutely continue to use them for all our systems. Their pricing is fair, everyone I interact with is exceptionally kind and professional, and they're very trustworthy.
