We were really looking forward to trying this restaurant but unfortunately we weren’t blown away.
A few oysters were far from fresh and when we mentioned this to our server- there was no offer to replace them or remove them from the bill. We tried the ragu pasta (good) the duck pizza (overcooked and dry) and the pickerel special (fine)
The side patio is nice and offers some shaded space.

Been here a couple times and the food is always great. This week was especially great, though. The duck pizza was really tasty, the oysters were fresh, halloumi was perfectly cooked, and the polenta fries were awesome too. I was pleasantly surprised at the wine options. Will be back again! I should mention our server Alida (I might have spelled that incorrectly) was amazing!

Came for a quick work lunch while in town. Food was so tasty, fresh, and fast. We used the fast WiFi to complete our work and enjoyed the service from the staff. Beautifully redone interior on this old pub/apothecary! 🙂

Had a lovely time on the patio; my food was delicious (esp the brussel sprouts were to dieeee for) and I was so so happy w the selection of (very tasty) mocktails! Def recommend

We were planning to go to Gather but it was closed. As we walked across the road, we chanced upon this place which had equally good reviews.

We ordered a cold americano, BLT, fun guy pinsas, curried butternut squash soup and the green salad.

Our order got mixed up and they got us a hot americano but were very quick to fix it. The servers were cheerful and very warm.

My son was a little underwhelmed with the BLT, mostly because the bread was a bit too hard for his liking.
The pinsas was essentially a small pizza. The bread was moist and sweet and topped with copious amounts of mushrooms. Overall, it was a dish packed with flavours.

My mom loved the soup and said this was the best butternut squash soup she has had..

The salad had a huge portion of spring greens and was topped with balsamic vinegar, pomegranate, candied walnuts and fresh figs. The flavours were good but a bit too acidic for our palate. We finished it regardless.

Overall, a decent experience.

We stopped in for a quick lunch during our road trip through Perth, and it turned out to be the worst experience of our entire trip. The food looked fantastic, but the taste was awful. The "mushroom" paste had zero mushroom flavor—just an overwhelming salty cheese taste. The steak? Definitely not fresh. It was like eating something from the 1800s.

To top it off, I had terrible food poisoning on the drive later that afternoon, which completely ruined the rest of our day. The only redeeming quality was the service—absolutely nothing to complain about there. But when it comes to the food quality… ?

Stopped by to drink coffee here and it was very lovely! Servers were super friendly. The coffee was also very good. A bit on the pricey side but worth the interior and their welcoming behavior. They also have a nice patio!

We had a lovely dinner here. The fries were light and tasty. The salad was fruity and delicious. The kids pasta was enjoyed, the seasonal soup was on point, and the short rib ragu was demolished. Everything was perfect and we hope to come by again to enjoy more wonderful food and delightful service.
