Belle distillerie. Employé très sympathique. On a eu le droit de goûter à quelques vodkas. De nombreux produits à saveurs variées : vodka, gin et rhum. Nous avons adoré la vodka moonshine et le shortcake au fraise. 2 formats disponibles pour acheter. Nous avons pris 2 cocktails le moonshine et le café vodka guimauve. Belle terasse avec foyer.

We visited in October 2024 and had such a great time. This place was a must visit on our itinerary and I am sure glad we did. From the moment we walked in, we felt incredibly welcomed. Dawson is an absolute gem! He was so down to earth- took the time to explain each of the unique flavors in detail, offered us samples, and shared the fascinating story of how the distillery came to life. We loved looking through the memory book, which captured the history and milestones of the distillery from day one, all while sipping on a delicious specialty drink, toasty iced coffee. Very cozy vibes. We're slowly running low on the bottles we picked up and we’ll definitely be placing an order to restock soon. Also, the mini bottles (moon mist in particular) made awesome souvenirs for family and friends. Absolutely LOVE to support such a fantastic local business, led by amazing people and a true girl boss!

Black Harbour Distillers is the definition of a top-tier local business! From the moment you walk in, you can feel the passion and dedication behind this amazing company. The owner, Jaime, is one of the most humble and driven people I’ve ever met—her work ethic and vision are truly inspiring. The entire team, including Ryan, Dawson, and the rest of the crew, are outstanding ambassadors for the brand. They are kind, personable, and make every visit an incredible experience.

The drinks are top-notch and the atmosphere is always so warm and welcoming :). BHD never disappoints. Highly recommend!

A local distillery with lots of different spirits. I’ve tried them all and enjoyed them. The bar itself has a welcoming atmosphere and often has events like music or comedy. Great local to have. A variety of delicious cocktails await you! Awesome spot for after the beach too. The owner and staff are super friendly. They don’t service food themselves but often have a an external kitchen operating. A must go to!!

Can't go wrong with this place. They make awesome gin and actually have Moon Mist vodka - how Nova Scotian can you get!? The patio out back is great for daylight and moonlight socializing. They also serve ice cream out front. Perfect if you have a sweet tooth or just want to treat the kids. Oh, and the staff are super friendly!

I’ve been here on multiple occasions and I have never been disappointed. The cocktails are delicious, the staff are so warm and welcoming, and the music - live or otherwise - is fantastic. So much so that I cannot wait to host my wedding reception here!

Saw an ad on social media about their flavoured vodka, moon mist.... Wasn't a big fan of that ice cream, so I just kept scrolling. Then about a week later.... COTTONCANDY, okay, now you got my attention.... So while I was in HR for an appt, and nothing else to do afterwards, I found myself headed towards Hubbards. We easily found Black Harbour Distillers and walked into an old converted school house. We were greeted, promptly and offered a drink menu... Let me tell you, it's hard to make a decision when they give you many good options. However, after I stated that I wanted to try the cotton candy vodka, the bartender offered their opinion on which two drinks are the most complimented. I settled I on Double Trouble, and it did not disappoint. My partner in crime had a drink made with the moon mist vodka and 7up with a sugar coated rim and garnished with a slice of lemon... Although tasty, I preferred my Double Trouble drink, with the colours of Carribean blue.

We decided to spend some more time there and order some food from the Savory Pit located within the same place. We wanted to to try the deep fried pepperoni, however, they were currently out, so we ordered two kettle fried chips with homemade dill aioli sauce and it was also so good.

Oh.... Flight boards, I've never had one but we decided to share one and try a few more cocktails, they were also very tasty and solidified the fact that I mustn't leave without the vodka contents and know how, to make my new summer favourite drink.

Everyone was so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable you just felt right at home.

My only complaint is that their products are not carried in our local NSLC's, however their website says they have seasonal deliveries to places outside of HRM, and once I have this bottle thoroughly enjoyed, I will be ordering more.
