I had coolant hose broken 10km south of the NT boarder into AB an hr and 19m from their place to where I was took him 2 hrs to replace a hose and left from leaving their office and back to their office plus 2 hrs took him to fix a hose total of 4hrs and 40m but I was charged 6 hrs I called and no explanation as to why the extra charge of 1 hr and 20m plus they never said they would charge $180 an hr so they charged me $1080 for 6 hrs which the drive and work together was 4hrs and 40m then the hose he did kept leaking on me until I made it to the city and the part and their work was $89.
If they would of said that’s how much they charged and not even get the job done well so I don’t have to take it to the shop and charge extra hr and 20m I’d of just towed it be cheaper but those people won’t say anything until they get ur visa info then you will be put in the spot.
Explore ur options before calling those guys.
Very disappointing with how much they charge and they put extra hrs idk from where and the job u still gonna have to get it fixed right after.not a professional way to deal with at all.
I was charged $1750 for the hose they replaced and was leaking still had to take it inside the shop and fix it right.
