Great experience for my 12 week prenatal ultrasound!

Not sure what the google review is regarding husbands not being allowed in the medical room as that is completely false and misleading.

I’m sure there are many distractions during their job and for the first 5ish minutes of the scan they are asked to stay in the waiting room, then they are allowed in after the scan has commenced.

My husband was invited into the room and the ultrasound tech (Patrice?) explained absolutely to everything to us, together. She was very cordial and answered all of our questions and made sure that we didn’t have any more questions before we left.

Overall would definitely go back there and recommend to others looking into where to go!

I am in my third pregnancy. All of my early scans were done at Bluewater and were fantastic!
The receptionist and techs were friendly and ran a tight ship. Every appointment was on time. The office was clean and they seemed to take their patients in quite quickly.
The images they provided for our scans were all very clear and precise. We could easily see the details of our little bundle. Great images of vertebrae in side profile shots, clear imaging of her heart and hands. We even got to count all her little fingers as she waved to us! Clear images of the face and legs.
They really put the time into ensuring memories were made and documented well for us.
Our appointments never felt rushed and techs made a point to talk us through what they were looking for and connect with us. We had an appointment with a student watching and the tech was phenomenal with how she balanced educating the student/including her while also being attentive to us.
Superb service, excellent quality images, great communication, clean facilities.

The walk-in option on Tuesdays is fantastic. I was surprised how quick I could get in. Other places are booking three weeks out, so this was a great spot to come in a pinch. Reception was very kind and professional.

Bluewater imagining in Belleville was a great experience. I had to create a last minute appointment and they helped squeeze me in while keeping me calm and assuring me. During my appointment the technician was wonderful and walked me through all what we were seeing. Thank you for such a wonderful ultrasound visit!

I returned to Bluewater Imagining during my second pregnancy and have been so pleased with my experience! The new ultrasound technician, Leanne, is absolutely amazing - kind, gentle, thorough, and efficient. The receptionist is also very friendly, on the phone and in person. After a not-so-great experience years ago during my first pregnancy (after Kathy left), I was so relieved to find that Bluewater Belleville has been taken over by fully capable and caring hands!

Everyone's here are very professional. I went here multiple times for my ultrasound for my first pregnancy. Especially Leanne she's very gentle, and made sure that I am comfortable. She is also efficient and thorough with my ultrasound. I went to other location of Bluewater Imaging and my experience is not that good. So I am giving this location a 5 star.

I've had 3 ultrasounds at Bluewater in Belleville for my first pregnancy. I've always gotten in right at my appointment times with no issues. The receptionists are always polite and bubbly with their greetings. I've had Judy for my technician all 3 times I've been there and she has been friendly and professional and has little chats with me while she works away. Each time they have let whatever family members I have brought with me to come in at the end of the ultrasound so they can share in the experience.
