Jan 2025: We have had Bonnie help us a few times now. I think this is the 3rd? We went to Disneyland this time. We were going to spend 5 days at Disneyland then switch to Universal for 3 days. We, of course had many questions along the way, before we even left. She is always very patient and helpful. Once we were on our trip, we still contacted her for many things, more just us trying to navigate... lol. Sadly, we were in California with all the fires. Absolutely devastating. The fires were causing a lot of anxiety within our group. Universal had been closed for 2 days already at this point. We contacted Bonnie to discuss our uncertainty. We never felt in danger, but it was truly surreal to be in the HAPPIEST PLACE ON EARTH, while we knew that people were losing their homes and even lives only a few miles away. Anyways, we decided we should come back home. Bonnie was a rock star! She got us all on the same plane and seated together to come home three days early (there were 5 of us) she took care of all our reservations and flights. If you are looking for an amazing travel agent, she is your gal. I speak with her so often, we tend to vere off on other topics, etc, she is such a kind and caring individual, I actually consider her a friend. I am thankful to have "met" her. We know we are in good hands when we travel.

May 2024: my son and I went back to Florida for Disneyworld. Bonnie of course was amazing. The heat, however was not. I would nit go at that time of year agin, just way too hot. Our trip went off without a hitch otherwise. So reasuring to know we have Bonnie in our corner when we travel.

Jan 2024:Bonnie went above, above, above and beyond for us. We had planned a 16 day trip, then an unexpected complication arose and we had to shorten our trip on very short notice. She took everything in stride and revamped our flights, hotels, and park passes. (We had even already prebooked Savi's and a meal at The Polynesian and she was able to cancel for us). She has extensive Disney knowledge and travel knowledge in general. We were noobs, and she graciously answered all of our questions, and there was a LOT. She was very patient and understanding. Just a lovely human being, trying to help people have the best holiday possible. We will definately be looking to Bonnie for our Disney plans for next year. (With her help, we actually hope to go every year, maybe even a few solo trips).
In conclusion, Bonnie is amazing.
If you are considering a trip to the parks, Bonnie is your gal.

If I could I would give her an extra star! Amazing travel agent! We went on a 16 person family vacation to Disney a couple years back and it was the best time. She made the trip absolutely wonderful and made sure all of us had everything we needed for our stay. She showed us how to use our MagicBands and how to book our ride times. She’s super knowledgeable in EVERYTHING Disney and was such a big help with any questions we had! She’s a wonderful kind person and we are looking forward too our next trip in a couple weeks that was of course booked with her.

We have been booking vacations with Bonnie for at least 10 years now. She has always been more than helpful. We can just call her and tell her when we want to take her holidays and she always finds us an amazing trip. She is always available for questions, before, during, and after booking our trip,. If you're not using a Disney Travel Agent (free), you're insane. Bonnie was constantly updating us and providing us with more information. She was also at Disney World over lapping with us so she was able to give us live packing/weather advice. This service is invaluable. Thanks Bonnie!
