Absolutely exceptional service. Dean went above and beyond, including buying supplies he didn't have from other vendors, and stayed late for our guys coming in late from a remote site and kept us from losing a day for our crew. Dean if you are ever in Calgary LOK Energy owes you dinner.

Just wanted to share a poor experience with Riley, I called to check stock and pricing on a M12 Stapler, was told that it was in stock and the price was $153.00. I then mentioned that internet price $139.00 (retail @ Home Hardware) and i asked if he would match it. He rudely said to me "We're not the internet". I truly do like to support local businesses but find it hard to when they treat their customers in this manner. Have had great experiences with Dean in the past. So if you want/need something Dean is the man and avoid Riley.
