Do not let Levi Smith's double 1 star reviews sway you. There is nothing as full featured or as useable and functional as Botpress. Then add the pricing, its a no brainer. There is also a great Discord Community that will help you. Granted they are builders and business owners just like everyone else, so it can take time. There is also a staff of Botpress people available M-F all day! The company is great, the people are great, and I personally love working with Botpress in my day job as well as other ventures! Not only are there lots of tutorials but plenty of documentation.

Botpress is a great company to work to and with. The team has a strong bonded and everyone are always eager to land a hand whenever needed.

I tried deleting my chatbot but it wouldn't delete so it filled up my dashboard with tons of test bots so I was forced to pay to simply give my client his chatbot for his gym website. If I was to give feedback I would say your best option is using something like customGPT or similar, botpress is just in the early stages and still needs way more work in my opinion.

I love the interface and usability of their product as well as the community they have created around providing the tools necessary for building chatbots and automations. Would love to have the channel integrations working a bit better and GPT4 availability but I know its coming in the pipeline!

Very laggy, unreliable customer support. Hard to use interface and the chatbot messages take forever to load. I have started using stackAI and voice flow instead.
