We rented a slip for the 2020 season.

The pros:

It's a pretty relaxed marina, everyone is friendly and, and it's in a nice location tucked away from the busyness closer to the lake which we liked.

It's the lowest priced marina on the river by a decent margin.

The cons:

The owners are difficult to get a hold of.

The marina could be better maintained. We were promised proper cleats for the dock lines and they never materialized, so we had to tie up by threading the lines through the deck boards which is a hassle. Several hazards went unaddressed -- deck boards were always missing leaving exposed screw-heads and I cut my foot badly on one.

The finger docks could be a bit longer for the size of boats they service -- at only 20' long, your stern will extend well past the end of the dock for all but the smallest boats, which makes boarding difficult.

Absolutely terrible. We went and booked two canoes, and me and my mom flipped in one of them and we were in the water for just two minutes. When we flipped all we worried about was getting somewhere safely, but that’s not what the people we rented from cared about. We went back and tried to get our money back from them and they said no, instead they wanted my moms credit card info so they could charge her $800 in case the canoe was lost. My mom was really stressed because she also lost her phone and car keys along with some cash. We had no way to get home, as we lost the keys so my mom asked for the money back so we can pay for an Uber, but nothing. And my mom kept telling them that what they’re doing is wrong, and then the manager goes “I’m not gonna let her ruin my day, she’s just stressed” LIKE EXCUSE ME? All these people care about is the money, not their customers.

This business is shady, rented the sea doos on a Saturday and watched other people go out on the sea doos after we were done, 3 days later got a charge on my credit card for $1000 so I contacted them and they said that we damaged them. Make sure you take pictures before and after you go out on them so if someone damages them after you were done you won't get blamed for it like we are. Better business bureau has been contacted.

Update: Credit card claim went through and we where refunded are money that was wrongfully charged for damage that where blamed on us by bridge view marnia so I strongly advise anyone to be careful with any rentals from this shady business
Great experience until they accused 4 of us for 3500 in damages on all 4 seadoo's 3 days after are rental date, asked for time stamp photos of before and after to see what these so called "damages" we're and never received any except 1 photo with out a time stamp. They charged 2 out a 4 credit cards with $1000 without contacting us first or having legitiment proof and threatened to push the charge on the two that didn't go through. If your renting from here take your own time stamped photos because they'll just blame the last teenagers that used them last without legitamentaly or properly taking the documentation that proves it was you or your group. In grand bend they do a inspection before and after and any other rental place they take photos with time stamp, be careful with this shady business.
Apparently when you make a review you will be harrased by the owners and their friends I would suggest anyone looking for a trustworthy place to rent from grand bend I have gone there 2 times since I went to port stanley with no problems.

Multiple attempts to reach this marina for a canoe rental with no response. No one answers emails, text messages or phone calls. Mailbox full for months.

Excellent place to park an RV or boat or just to launch your boat owner is awesome rates a very good as long as I own a boat I'll be docking it there
