Got whole house backup generator installed 1.5yrs ago. Excellent customer service. Just got yearly maintenance service done by JOSH an employee of the company. Excellent job done by him.
Highly recommend this business place to anyone looking for a gas or electrical equipment for the house. And for service calls. Great location on HWY 3 in Aylmer.

H.Broer is a company that is in Alymer Ontario. I live 35 min from Aylmer. Recently I have been looking for a company that would service an older riding mower. It has a Briggs and Straton engine. I do winter maintenance on it but definitely need a good spring tune up. That's exactly what the service people did for it. They came and picked up my mower..did it all..fluids, filters, sharpened blade etc. All were done in a timely manner at a very reasonable price.
I did ask after service completed if they thought anything else needed attention. It was suggested that a part was wearing..so instead of having it delivered I instructed they the go ahead with part.
Which they willingly did. Unfortunately part took time to deliver...but it was not Broer's issue. When part came it..service was completed and the mower was returned. Like a shiney new machine..motor cleaned and it works great.
I am so pleased with the front office staff responding to my questions and providing answers, the mechanics who did the work & the careful prompt and picked up and did deliver.
They also have a product line and do service of other equipment including RVs, check their web site.
If you give them a call for any such needs you may have, Im certain you will be as pleased with this Company as I am.

My Honda pressure washer hose locked up under pressure and I could not get the nozzle free. Took it to these guys and they knew exactly how to fix it.
They were done in two minutes flat. While there they also made up a 60 ft. extension and a 40 ft. extension to go along with what I had. Great work and at a very reasonable price. Definitely will use their services again.

Bought my sub-compact Yanmar tractor from Marcel and it was a great experience. He went above and beyond to help me select what I needed and the customer service with other staff members was excellent, as well. We recently purchased the Onan P4500i inverter generator for our camping trailer. We were very impressed with it handling everything in the trailer including AC unit and only registering 35% draw.
The staff were amazing and went over the unit with us and went above and beyond making sure we were comfortable with our choice .

HBI Services my zero turn lawn mower. Now that cutting season is over I had them service the mower to get it ready for spring. They brought the mower back today. When I went into the shop to pay for the servicing I noticed on the invoice that they had forgotten to check the blades and clean under the mower deck. I mentioned this to Catherine. She apologized and said that they would do whatever it took to make it right. They sent a technician to my home. Keeran completed the service in my garage so all is well. I really appreciate them taking that extra step to solve the problem. This is another of the many reasons why my family shops local. Thanks HBI. Much appreciated!
